OUR MISSION

The Integrative Healing Collective (IHC) is a 501(c)(3) program for therapist development, learning, and community service. IHC offers specialized training, clinical supervision, and community learning approaches centering the experiences of historically overlooked groups. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and culturally responsive approach to professional development for mental health practitioners. Our programs prioritize addressing the holistic experiences of individuals by encompassing mental, emotional, spiritual, socio-cultural, and political intersectionality.

OUR VISION

​Using a culturally affirming perspective, we aim to cultivate a sense of community among the mental health practitioners we support and the communities in which we serve.  Our hope is to create a supportive therapeutic environment that validates diverse identities and experiences, ensuring that healing professionals are equipped to provide high-quality care to all. In this vision, we seek to inspire a paradigm shift in mental health care, one that places cultural responsiveness at the core of therapeutic interventions. By weaving together diverse perspectives and practices, we aim to enrich the landscape of mental health, leading to positive outcomes, greater empathy, and increased well-being for all individuals, regardless of their background.
