Dr Nicole Taylor, LMFT, DMFT

Dr. Cole is a doctor of Marital and Family Therapy with over 15 years of experience working in and managing mental health programs, directing non-profit organizations and therapeutically serving marginalized communities and groups. Dr. Cole is an AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor with advanced training in somatic practices, yoga, mindfulness, anxiety, and trauma informed therapy. She is passionate about decolonizing mental healthcare practices and supporting professionals with using integrated approaches in psychotherapy. She teaches Master's and Doctoral MFT courses and is the supervising director of a group practice in California.

Jillian Ma, LCSW
she/her/hers
Jillian brings 20 years of expertise to IHC. She has worked as a clinician and program director primarily with youth, ranging from age 2-21. When providing clinical supervision, she prioritizes relationship building and creating a partnership to advance treatment of the client. Her passion lies in creating choice and agency for those she serves, in particular marginalized groups with limited access to mental health care. Currently a school-based adolescent therapist, she hopes to use her clinical insight and experience to help guide aspiring clinicians through their training. She is excited to help cultivate the next generation of compassionate professionals.
