Join us for Boundaries and Self-Esteem: Aligning Individual Needs and Collective Care, an affordable virtual group designed to help you strengthen your self-esteem to practice healthy, affirming boundaries.

Facilitated by trauma-informed somatic practitioners using an emotion-focused approach, this group blends deep emotional introspection with practical skills to support your healing journey.
