Dr. Nicole Taylor, DMFT
Co-Founder • Board Member • Clinical Supervisor
Dr. Taylor is a co-founder of Integrative Healing Collective and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. As a Doctor of Marital and Family Therapy, educator, trainer and program designer, her work is rooted in decolonized, relational, and community-entered approaches to mental health care. Dr. Taylor brings deep experience in clinical practice, supervision, and training, with a focus on systems and culture in care and supervision, and a commitment to expanding access to affirming care for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrant communities and people with disabilities. She is deeply committed to supporting emerging therapists in developing grounded, ethical, and relationally attuned practices.​​​​​

Shirin Bina, MHT
Member Therapist
Shirin provides virtual therapy at IHC, centering people of color, queer folx, first- and second-generation individuals, as well as couples and families. Her work prioritizes culture, lived experience, and relational depth. She practices from a trauma-informed, emotion-focused, and attachment-based lens, bringing in emotional attunement practices that help people feel more comfortable exploring and understanding their emotions. Shirin is compassionate and grounded, while also direct and clear. She integrates thoughtful psychoeducation to ensure those she works with feel informed, supported, and confident in the therapy process every step of the way. She is under the supervision of Dr. Nicole Taylor, DMFT.

Jillian Ma, LMFT
Co-Founder • Board Member • Clinical Supervisor
Jillian is a co-founder of Integrative Healing Collective and a clinical supervisor. Her work is grounded in relational, community-based care that prioritizes choice, agency, and dignity for underserved and resourced communities. Jillian brings extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, and offers supervision that centers collaboration, relationship, and the cultivation of compassionate, equity-minded therapists. She brings a relationship centered presence to mentorship and supervision, supporting developing therapists in building confidence, clinical clarity, and care-centered practice.​​​​

Kathie Johnson, MHT
Member Therapist
Kathie Robinson Johnson provides virtual therapy at IHC, working with individuals, couples, and groups, with a focus on Black communities, people of color, and relationships. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare and human services, she brings a compassionate, grounded approach rooted in trauma-informed, attachment-based, relational, and culturally responsive care. She integrates spirituality and skill-building, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Systems Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kathie is especially passionate about supporting those navigating faith and spirituality, spiritual leadership roles, military and community-based service, & complex institutional systems. She is under the supervision of Dr. Nicole Taylor, DMFT.

Alexis Beccera, LMFT
Board Member
Alexis, LMFT is a board member of Integrative Healing Collective and a trauma-informed informed leader, speaker, and consultant whose work is shaped by her experience as a bicultural, first-generation Latina. Grounded in mental health, relational, and culturally responsive approaches, her work centers identity, dignity, & healing within complex systems. Alexis brings extensive experience across mental health, public education, professional and nonprofit settings, including prior clinical experience as a therapist. She currently leads teams, co-develops initiatives, and advocates for building healing spaces within institutional systems. She is deeply committed to supporting professionals, particularly women of color, in reclaiming their voice, leadership, and agency.
